CHALLENGER

Luka dreams of becoming a great boxer, to honor his father’s memory and finally taste the glory that so eludes him. Unfortunately, for the time being, he’s just a clerk in a dingy restaurant and has to make do with small, shabby fights organized for him by his manager and best friend, Stéphanie.

But one day, fate knocks on their door and Luka has the opportunity to face Freddy Elombé, contender for the European title, in a rigged fight. Nothing goes according to plan and Luka lays Freddy out with a masterful uppercut.

It’s the start of a media whirlwind that will propel our heroes to European boxing’s greatest heights and make them: the challengers!
